Designing, building and deploying the entire system in-house, the Westin Diplomat has turned their digital signs into an extension of guest services. By taking advantage of FWi's interactivity feature, the property gives their guests a digital communication tool to find event information, restaurant and activity details, and provide navigation assistance with property details. A unique feature showcased on the signs is digital keyboard functionality, which allows guests to search the Westin Diplomat's website and reserve a golf tee time or make a restaurant reservation.

Located in Hollywood, FL, the Westin Diplomat is easily accessible via Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. With 898 guest rooms, 100 suites and 209,000 square feet of convention space, the property sits in a prime location directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Historically, the Westin Diplomat had used a major competitor of FWi's, but was won over through FWi's built-in interactivity feature and the ease of use of the Content Management interface.
