Waterside Plaza
Waterside Plaza is the only residential complex located on the water on the East Side of Manhattan.Considered an architectural landmark, Waterside Plaza was built in the 1970's, but has recently renovated their lobby areas, interior spaces, swim and health club, on-site restaurant and waterfront plaza. Utilizing digital signage as a tool for guest communication, the property currently has five 32" touch screens in their lobby, leasing office, garage and restaurant.
Showcasing relevant notices and alerts to residents, the digital signage system is serving as the prime communication venue between property management and residents.
In addition to resident notices, the system takes advantage of FWi's built-in wayfinding functionality and provides property mapping to ease navigational inquiries. A versatile addition to their guest services, Waterside Plaza sees the digital signage as a welcome addition to complement their packed list of on-property amenities.
