Vancouver Aquarium

Vancouver Aquarium is using the FWi digital signage software solution in their newest Arctic exhibit. Additional signage will be added as new exhibits open and older exhibits will be retro fitted with digital signs over the next couple of years. Currently utilizing the FWi software to drive over 40 displays, Vancouver Aquarium expects to have close to 100 digital signs within the next 2 years.

The aquarium is using their in-house creative team to drive all of the content production for their digital signage network. Detailed flash applications are being loaded into the system to drive large-format interactive screens and video wall displays. New galleries and exhibits are helping to drive content production and really push the envelope and use the software to its full potential.

The Vancouver Aquarium opened in 1956 and was the first public aquarium in Canada. Originally opening with a 9,000 square foot facility, the aquarium has grown to over 100,000 square feet today.
