Project Management

We get it, you’re busy and launching a new visual communications project may seem overwhelming. FWI wants to make this as easy as possible which is why we offer a Project Manager for every implementation. The Project Manager becomes your main point of contact throughout the implementation and handles everything from managing your scope of work to the overall quality of your installation. In addition, the Project Manager coordinates documentation and delivery with frequent status updates for a smooth and painless implementation.


Content is king, so why not leave it up to FWI’s award-winning design team to bring your creative vision to life? FWI’s talented design team will help you translate your digital signage into a beautiful and effective communication tool.

Application Development

Take your creative vision and turn it into reality with FWI’s Signage Architecture team. Your Application Developer is the product owner of your project and designs the blueprints for the installed solution, develops wireframes for each template, and finalizes the build solution. These talented developers can handle anything from a single, non-interactive template to a multi-touchpoint, multi-lingual, interactive network.

Custom Development

FWI’s Custom Development team works on key projects that require additional development to build adapters, interfaces and other unique capabilities that eventually become standard features within FWI’s visual communications platform.


FWI’s implementation team has traveled the globe, installing thousands of digital signs and enterprise visual communications solutions. We consistently receive glowing feedback on the knowledge, professionalism and experience of our implementation team members. Four Winds Interactive offers two options for implementation: on-site or remote. Your assigned project manager will coordinate the installation date and assign a Systems Engineer and Application Developer to handle the software installation, testing, and initial set-up of your network. We also offer training sessions for your entire staff and are available for ongoing support and additional training once your system is up and running.

Needs Assessment

FWI’s Needs Assessment helps to reduce the overall time associated with building a visual communications network from scratch. More importantly, FWI increases the success, relevance, and impact of your solution. During your Needs Assessment, a FWI expert will visit you on site to understand your business needs and provide you with signage best practices including: sign location, applications, content, and more.

Engagement Management

Our Engagement Managers work hand-in-hand with your team to ensure you get the most out of your visual communications solution. On large enterprise projects, our Engagement Managers are brought into the project right from the start so they are included on scope, timeline, budgetary requirements, proof of concept, development, implementation, and on-going management. FWI’s Engagement Managers raise the bar on your visual communications network.

Sign Builder Workshops

Two minds are better than one, so collaborate with our experts to develop eye-catching, engaging, and powerful solution. Select from our two types of popular sign-build workshops: onsite or scheduled.

ONSITE: We’ll visit you onsite to train you on the software while we build your signs together, incorporating specific needs and design elements to produce the perfect content for your organization. You tell us where to go and we’ll be there, ready to share best practices, brainstorm possible solutions, and develop relevant engaging signs.

SCHEDULED: Come visit one of our CEC locations located in Denver, Hong Kong, or Miami and attend one of our organized sign build workshops. We focus on one area and take a deep dive so you become an expert on how to develop customized, engaging content.
