Mount Carmel Hospital

Mount Carmel Hospital approached Four Winds Interactive with needs for digital signage solution outside of their Human Resources department. Their previous communication method consisted of displaying PowerPoint on a TV outside of their HR office. Looking for a modern and effective way to disseminate information to staff members, Mount Carmel turned to FWi's interactive digital signage software solution.

Installing a large-format LCD display in a horizontal orientation, Mount Carmel got rid of the PowerPoint presentations and started to utilize the built-in features of FWi's digital signage solution. Taking internal information and translating it onto the display through Four Winds Interactive's unique data integration tool, allowed Mount Carmel to integrate with their back-end systems to showcase events, meetings and other important internal happenings. Connecting to live RSS feeds directly from the web helped Mount Carmel keep the messaging current and fresh. Additionally, the facility can take internal content that they already have, like images and video, and display it on the digital signs.
