David Levin

In 2005, David co-founded Four Winds Interactive with a vision for how digital technology would transform the way businesses communicate and engage with their customers and employees. With 6,000 clients and over 500,000 screens deployed, FWI’s software platform is driving visual communications to millions of people every day in airports, banks, corporate campuses, professional sports stadiums, hospitals, hotels, casinos, universities, manufacturing facilities and retail stores. FWI was recently selected by Gartner as a Cool Vendor in Content Management and David has been recognized by Forbes Magazine’s list of most promising CEO’s under 35. Prior to FWI, David co-founded Sage Circle, a software and consulting services firm and was an Associate at Denver-based venture capital firm, Cornerstone Ventures. When not working, David enjoys golf, skiing, running and travel.

Lane Brannan

Lane has over 14 years of experience building and energizing sales forces, designing sales models, driving new revenue, and turning around underperforming business units. Prior to Four Winds, Lane served as the VP of Sales at GTRI, a Consulting Solutions Integrator with a broad range of information technology expertise serving enterprise, federal and state government, healthcare, educational, and other markets nationwide. Lane holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Hardin Simmons University located in Abilene, Texas.

Cassidy Smirnow

Cassidy has over 20 years of experience running operations for software startups. She has deep experience leading high-tech companies through rapid growth and fast change leveraging Lean principles, innovation, and technology. Cassidy holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Chief Software Architect

David Shapiro

The original software developer of FWI’s Content Manager and Content Player applications, David has been with Four Winds Interactive since its inception. He is the inventor of the wayfinding patent used on screens worldwide to help route people to their destinations. Still active in the day-to-day development of the products, David also manages the architecture of FWI’s product suite. Prior to FWI, David developed software in the medical and scientific industries, including a data-collection application used aboard the Space Shuttle, and numerical models of ocean tides for the U.S. Navy. David holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics from the University of California at San Diego.

Jenny Brook

Prior to joining FWI as General Counsel, Jenny was a shareholder and top litigator at the law firm of Greenberg Traurig. Recognized as a “Colorado Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2008, Jenny was named by Law Week of Colorado as one of ten top women lawyers. With over 20 years of experience litigating both bench and jury trials across the country, Jenny is a frequent speaker on current trends in intellectual property, trade secrets and commercial disputes.

Elizabeth Mayes

Elizabeth is an international human resources executive, with more than twenty-five years of professional experience, working in more than a dozen international locations. Operating in both public and private environments, ranging from small to large, Elizabeth has worked in a variety of industries: non-profit, financial services, property management, customer service, technology, and advertising. Prior to Four Winds, Elizabeth held the role of Executive Director Human Resources at TeleTech, overseeing TeleTech’s M & A Human Resources practice. Elizabeth holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in French and English from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York.
