The Grand Hyatt San Antonio
The Grand Hyatt San Antonio was a sizable project with 39 meeting room signs, 5 interactive displays and guest room TV. Primarily being used to show mapping and event information, the digital signage solution at the Grand Hyatt is taking advantage of FWi's built-in wayfinding and sophisticated data integration features.
The solution utilizes FWi's unique dynamic wayfinding feature, which requires both the wayfinding and data integration features to work in sync with one another to output event icons on the digital map. The event lists for the large-format displays and meeting room signs are pulling data directly from the Grand Hyatt's event management system.
Moving forward, the property is going to take advantage of FWi's Content Concierge offering which takes the content management portion of their digital signage network off of their hands and into the hands of the FWi account management team. The property will turn to FWi to makes changes to the content on their displays and manage the scheduling of any new content.
The Grand Hyatt has over 1,000 guestrooms and 115,000 square feet of meeting and function space. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, spa treatment facilities, business center, and multiple on-site restaurants. It is also located close to many local attractions like the San Antonio Zoo, HemisFair Park, River Walk, and Market Square shopping.
