The City of Durham wanted a digital signage solution with the ability to schedule meetings in the various conference rooms throughout the city building.
The sign template contains over 300 touch points that can be translated into either English or Spanish. Actions that can be taken via the signage network include, finding the location to pay a bill, locating all of the police stations in the city, browsing a directory of government officials, booking a meeting through the system and much more.
This type of functionality is accomplished through FWi's built-in interactivity feature where you can create one touch point or hundreds of touch points.
