The Borgata Casino Resort & Spa, located in Atlantic City, NJ is a 2,000 room luxury hotel and casino that opened in 2003 as the first new hotel-casino in Atlantic City in 13 years. With the challenge of navigating players through 4,500 assets on the gaming floor, the casino turned to Four Winds Interactive's (FWi) signage software package to come up with a wayfinding solution that would dynamically guide guests to their favorite games. In turn, we provided the Borgata digital signage that has helped maintain the casino as the premier gaming destination for the Atlantic City area.

Installed in multiple locations throughout the property, the interactive map generates dynamic visual directions to actively guide guests to their desired destination. Unique to FWi, once a player picks the game they'd like to find, the software produces a walking path directly to that game providing the ultimate navigational assistance. In addition, through dynamic integration with the Player's Club system, Borgata Rewards members can use the integrated card reader to easily access slot and comp balances. Security technology in the Content Player software allows guests to validate their account information with an on-screen digital pin pad. Altogether, Borgata Casino digital signage is a custom system that creates an unmatched level of convenience and casino management for Borgata players.
