Seamlessly display all of your meetings and events on your digital signs with FWi’s built-in data integration.  Through data integration you can connect with your back end event management system to dynamically pull all of your events based on parameters (i.e. time of day, specific meeting room, etc.) that you set within the FWi digital signage software.  Changes made within your event management system are immediately reflected on your digital signs, making the transition from paper signage to digital displays a painless process.

How does it work?

With FWi’s digital signage software you get a built-in Live Data feature that dynamically links to your event management system through a back-end XML.  Through the Content Management interface you can set-up your Live Data to display in the format that you prefer.  We can even set it up for you, so you never have to mess with it again.  If you want to make a quick change, like altering a font color, it’s as simple as going into Content Manager, identifying the color within the particular item you like to change, and clicking deploy.  Your change will show up in seconds.   

What systems does FWi integrate with?
