Digital Signage Company

Company History

In 2003, Four Winds Trading Co. released a software package for multi-media kiosks that helped customers easily find, preview and purchase music in retail locations. As the software grew and large format digital displays became more affordable, Four Winds Interactive spun off into its own organization. The features of the software quickly migrated from the interactive kiosk foundation toward a new industry, digital signage.

Fast forward to present day and Four Winds Interactive has grown into a digital signage powerhouse. With thousands of signs deployed worldwide, FWi has become a well-known name in the industry and has deployed some of the largest digital signage installations in the world.

Among other accolades, FWi was recently named one of the Top 50 Colorado Companies to Watch due to the company's rapid growth and continued profitability despite the poor economy.

Located in Denver, CO, Four Winds Interactive operates out of the historic Parkside Mansion. Built in 1905, the mansion has an extensive and interesting history. Originally a residence, the structure is a southern style mansion with gothic columns and is thought to have been purchased from a Sears catalog.

Through the years the property has been home to several families including the Endsley family, who operated a funeral home out of the mansion, known as Rodgers Mortuary, from 1956-1981. In 1981, the mansion was purchased by Jack and Sharon Rowe, who completely restored it as close to its original condition as possible and renamed it "Parkside Suites." It was at this time that they transformed a good portion of the mansion into offices and added the 1800 square foot ballroom. In 1995, the mansion was renamed "Parkside Mansion" and became a popular event center.

Four Winds Interactive purchased Parkside Mansion in 2007, turning it into their corporate headquarters. Maintaining the integrity of the building, FWi upgraded the technology throughout the mansion and refurbished numerous aspects of the structure. It serves as corporate offices during the week and is available for events at night and during the weekends.
