How many kiosks to start with is a question that must be answered on a client-by-client, market-by-market basis. The number of starting kiosks is likely to be different for a luxury downtown hotel, a neighborhood deli, suburban grocery store, and a major convention center. Needless to say, there's often considerable guesswork involved when choosing how many kiosks to start with. Economic volatility leads to an uncertain level of demand.
